Metal cones used in moving coil transducer bass unit design, provide exceptional clarity and power handling. Differing from conventional paper or plastic cones, they are extremely rigid and therefore able to accurately track the amplified signal without distortion. Their unique design also ensures that the limiting ‘thermal compression’ effects of temperature rise in the voice coil are eliminated.
