The BT Homehub Wireless system has to have its security disabled initially for the radio to connect to it, here is the process -
Connect to your Homehub via: http://bthomehub.home then select:
Advanced >
Continue >
Switch to another user >
(name: admin password: admin)
Home Network >
Interfaces >
Home Hub >
Configure
From here you should turn off your encryption and then try to get the radio to connect again. If it still doesn't work, then you should temporarily turn off any other firewalls / security in your network.
Whilst encryption is deactivated connect the WiFi Radio and upgrade firmware as instructed HERE
When the upgrade is comlete re-encrypt the Homehub and the radio should now be able to use the password without problem.
There may be variations of the Homehub made by other manufacturers and the menu structure may vary, the menu's listed here are the basic ones you need to access for the security settings and for any further information on the Homehub you will need to contact BT directly.
