We here at Acoustic Energy carry a large number of spares for almost all our loudspeakers. If you have an old pair of loudspeakers and require parts or support in the UK please contact your local AE dealer quoting your model number and part required. If you are outside of the UK please contact your own countries distributor. This information can be found on the 'Where to Buy' page. Whether its a bass driver for an AE1 or a spike set for an Aegis 3 we will reply with availability and costs.
We do not offer servicing on our products as they should perform over many years without the need for it. Spares can be provided if needed for many products. We do not offer a refoaming service on the reference drivers due to the cost and complexity of the work. Any issues you have with your loudspeaker if within warranty should be firstly taken up with your purchasing dealer.
Which Amplifiers do you recommend?
As a general rule we do not recommend a specific make or model of equipment. Many amplifiers differ in the sound and specification and we here at AE would always strongly recommend auditioning a number of amplifiers within your budget when choosing one to match your AE loudspeakers. Use the many good HiFi magazines on the market as a good start for your amplifier shortlist.

What speaker cable should I use?
Again as a rule we will not recommend a specific cable as this can be a very personal choice for the user. As always a good quality cable will make the most of your loudspeakers and the auditioning of a number of cables within your budget is recommended. Aim to spend about 5 to 10% of your complete hifi budget on cables, again use the many good HiFI magazines on the market to help draw up a shortlist.
