These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date). You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are familiar with the current iteration of our Terms.
Any faulty products not bought directly from Acoustic Energy should be returned to the original point of purchase in accordance with that particular suppliers own Terms and Conditions.
AE Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything purchased from our website, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns for a refund must be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. Items returned after 14 days will be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear.
Any product returned to us for refund/repair/exchange will be at your own cost, we will not cover the cost of returning a product under any circumstances.
