Acoustic Energy has long understood the challenges of making great small loudspeakers. The Compact 1 is the distillation of this experience into one small, affordable but brilliant loudspeaker. Standing just 22cm high, the Compact 1 has been designed with a view to delivering excellent performance in constrained locations. Thanks to supplied bungs for the bass port and a wall mounting bracket supplied with each speaker, the Compact 1 is able to deliver a superb sound in this demanding situation. It is equally at home when placed on shelves and in alcoves. None of this comes at the expense of how the Compact 1 performs on conventional sounds however.

This means that the Compact 1 is a little speaker that sounds bigger, more accomplished and more exciting than you might reasonably expect and this makes it a fantastic introduction to the world of Acoustic Energy’s stereo loudspeakers.
