The polymer resin cabinets and aluminium grilles are designed to withstand moisture, humidity and extreme changes in temperature. The fixed bracket design allows for easy mounting and both models offer high power handling. Available in a black or a white finish, the latter can also be painted to the finish of your choice.

While they are very robust, the Extreme Series is also a true Acoustic Energy product and performs as such. The Extreme 5 is ideal for use in gardens and high moisture environments but would be at home in a domestic audio system, while the larger Extreme 8 is powerful enough to be at home in demanding commercial environments as well.
